Blasting Off with Box Tops and Labels!

We have two great opportunities to make money for Creekside with our groceries this year:

• The Box Tops for Education coupons are found on a variety of participating products from brands like General Mills, Pillsbury, Kimberly-Clark, and many more. Each valid box top is worth ten cents for our school.

• Tyson's "A+" labels and Fast Fixins' "Home Team" labels work a lot like the Box Top for Education program.  Creekside can redeem the"A+" labels for twenty-four cents and the Fast Fixins' "Home Team" label for thirty cents.

We are having a friendly competition at Creekside to see which class can turn in the most!  Each class will get points for every valid box top, "A+" label, and "Home Team" label they turn in.  Box tops are worth 1 point each. "A+" labels and "Home Team" labels are worth 2 points each. We will have turn in deadlines on October 16, February 12, and May 7.  The class in each grade with the most points for that period will get a treat like a special dessert, snack or small toy. Mostly, the class gets bragging rights for that period!  The class that has the most points for the entire year will also get a special "party" at snack time at the end of the year. 

Please make sure when you turn in your box tops and labels to put them in a bag or envelope marked with the teacher's first and last name and the grade.  At any time, you can send them in with your child to your teacher, or you can put them in the Campbell's soup label bin located in the front foyer of the school.

We cannot use box tops or labels that have been "defaced, mutilated, forged, or in any way altered" because the programs won't accept them, nor will they accept box tops past their expiration date.   

We will continue to collect soup labels but as they don't pay cash, we aren't including them in the competition.
